Chris has over sixteen years of experience working on all levels of civil litigation in state and federal court. He has extensive complex litigation experience representing both individuals and corporations in a broad scope of cases, ranging from medical malpractice to negligence to breach of contract to racketeering. Chris has a thorough working knowledge of all stages of a case, from the discovery process through dispute resolution and trial. He also has a proven track record of resolving cases through pretrial motions practice.
Prior to joining Osborn Machler, Chris worked as a Chief Compliance Officer at a corporation in a heavily regulated industry, and also for a consulting firm that developed litigation software for lawyers. He has also worked at several Seattle area firms where he represented a wide variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, public utilities, and small business owners. His varied legal and business background provides a unique perspective in personal injury and medical malpractice matters at Osborn Machler.
Chris is a Pacific Northwest Native, having grown up in Edmonds, Washington. He is a graduate of Seattle Prep High School, Whitman College, and Willamette University College of Law. When he is not practicing law, Chris can often be found restoring vintage motorcycles, old Volvos, or midcentury furniture.
